Overview

These terms apply when you use https://adoripets.com, create an account, or purchase from Adori Pets. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies presented during Shopify checkout.

Store eligibility and accurate information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. Account, payment, and delivery information must be current and accurate. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for activity performed through it.

Products, prices, and orders

Product availability, descriptions, prices, currencies, and promotions can change. Images and screen colors are illustrative. An order is accepted when Shopify confirms it after payment and stock validation. We may decline or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, an obvious pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, or a delivery restriction. When we cancel a paid order, the affected payment is refunded.

Checkout, delivery, and returns

Shopify securely processes checkout, taxes, discounts, delivery choices, payment, and order confirmation. The shipping and refund policies shown during checkout form part of these terms.

Product care and pet safety

Follow product sizing, installation, cleaning, compatibility, and supervision instructions. Inspect pet products regularly and stop using a damaged or unsuitable item. Store information is general product guidance and is not veterinary advice.

Permitted use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use Adori content commercially without permission. Adori branding, original photography, product copy, and interface content remain protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Third-party services

The store relies on Shopify and other providers for commerce, payments, delivery, analytics, and customer account features. Their services can be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and liability

We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the store or products.

Changes and contact
