Sometimes the fit, color, or first sniff is not quite right. We will make it easier.

30 day window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be clean, unused, and returned with original packaging.

Opened wipes, liners, filters, diapers, pads, and other hygiene products cannot be returned unless defective.

Send a photo and your order number within seven days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the return is inspected.
